I moved in a few months ago. I have a nice apartment. Parking is convenient. I usually get a spot just outside my apartment. Noise has not been a problem, except for neighbors dog barks on occasion. I don't have the problems others are complaining about with my neighbors.

Noise has not been a problem for you because you're probably the one making all the damn noise. This place is a ghetto.
