I've lived here since February 09 and its nice. You do hear dogs barking and loud music sometimes but who doesn't. And yes sometimes there is some trash outside of the bins but I will say maintenance gets out on it right away and throws it in the bin there selves. Apartments are high but usually you can get a special for the year.The only issue I have is parking. You get lucky in the day time, but at night when everyone is getting off of work and in for the night I find myself making a parking spot.

People who actually pay their own rent don't want to hear people holding concerts in their apartments and playing musical instruments. That's NOT what apartment-living is for, moron!
