Now we are receiving letters stating that our neighbors were robbed and to be on the look out.

When my lease is up I'm getting the hell out of here and these apartments aren't worth 955.00

They are slowly phasing regular tenants out and making all the apts. into Section 8 units. Since they started accepting Section 8, crime has skyrocketed in this neighborhood.
