1. The power goes out even when it's not raining. And most of the time, it only goes out on one side of the road that runs through the complex. Of course the leasing office is on the side that keeps power.

2. It stinks, literally. There's a dumpster outside our building. And when it's full, we can't open the sliding door or bedroom window unless we want that unique trash aroma filling the apartment.

3. The office staff is clueless most of the time.

4. They have falsely accused us of being delinquent with our rent. Make sure you get a receipt when you pay rent.

5. We were told that we would have our lease on the day we came to pick up the apartment keys. We had signed it a couple weeks before our move-in, and it just had to get signed by the office manager. On the day the lease started, which is the day we picked our keys up, the office manager still hadn't signed our lease. So when I asked for the lease on the day it went into effect, we couldn't have it. Tammy said "I can't guarantee anything." (Is not getting the lease by the effective date illegal')

6. The pictures on their website are misleading. It's not as nice as they make it look. I guess that's true for most apartment complexes though.

7. The air conditioner is obnoxiously loud. However, at least it has worked to this point.
