It is very obvious that the previous "good" reviews of this complex were written by employees of this apartment complex.
I lived here for 2 1/2 years and am finally moving out. I would strongly NOT recommend living here. In the course of the past 3 months, there have been NUMEROUS long-term tenants who have opted to finally get out of this complex. I notice that the office has been unable to fill these apartments..("Gee what a surprise").
Perhaps the potential tenants have spoken to previous tenants or those who knew others that have had the unfortunate experience of living at this complex. Everyone that I have talked to who lives at this complex plans to move out shortly and is dissatisfied with the management and maintenance of these apartments.
Maintenance takes over 2 weeks on average to respond to repairs. So I hope you don't mind leaky toilets and know how to fix major plumbing problems yourself.
