My car was broken into not once but TWICE in this complex within 1 month...When I complained to the office they acted like they could care less...They didnt even have the decency to alert the community that a seriel burgalar was on the prowl and had broken into at least 25 cars in the last 2 months..Save your money stay away!!

It is not our intent to make light of someone's frustration and everyone is entitled to their opinion good or bad. While choosing your new home you should educate yourself about the community and surrounding area in which you will be residing. If you would like accurate police records on Glen Eagle Village please contact The New Castle County Police Community Services Unit @302-395-8050. They will be more than happy to inform you as to the safety of this community. Our office has gathered these statistics and has also been informed by the police that this is considered to be a low crime community. As far as the office staff not caring, this is simply not true. We don't always give the answers people want to hear but we sure do try. In summary, pay attention to the views expressed on this site, educate yourself, then form your own opinion. - Management
