I take it back

Actually, I posted before saying this place is "livable." I take it back. Granted, you can live in it...heck you could live in a cardboard box if you wanted to but I wouldn't recommend either. On top of all the cons I mentioned before (see the "not great but livable" post) I've had a ton of trouble since then.
Starting out with the smallest thing. The washers in the bottom floor flood regardless of how few articles of clothing you put in them. All of us have complained and yet they do nothing about it.
My balcony window was shot out. Yep that's right, shot out with a gun. Thank goodness my cats weren't hurt and I had a friend looking in on them, I was on vacation at the time. They gave me a ton of attitude about fixing it. Granted it was fixed but the maintenance guy refused to call the cops in to investigate it and I was out of town so I couldn't do anything about it either. I asked him to call and he said it wasn't necessary. Well retard! Someone just SHOT a hole in my window and shattered it. Then, while he was waiting for my friend to come sign some papers, she didn't know she had to sign release papers about it and had gone home after I called maintenance and she had taken care of the cats. He kept calling to complain about how he had to fix a leaky faucet and couldn't be waiting around for this. First off, it was after hours and he cuoldn't have THAT much on his plate. Second, MY APARTMENT GOT SHOT INTO! How is that NOT the most important thing on your todo list''' Give me a break.
The straw that broke the camels back is this last weekend I was visiting my boyfriend for the weekend and I was gone w/ the cats so I turned all my lights off and the AC since my electricity bill has been over 100$ for the past months, which is something that makes no sense to me because I live alone and only have my AC on when I'm at home. Anyway, I I came home this morning and all of my lights were on, my AC was blasting and set to 65F, which is WAY too low, and when I went into the kitchen it was COVERED with the contents of my pantry closet. The only thing I can figure is that maintenance wanted to get to the pannel in the back of my pantry so they threw everything out into my kitchen and left it there. For pete's sake. Would it have been to hard for them to clean it up' Why did they turn my AC on full blast' Now I'm going to have a huge bill to deal with and a big mess to clean up. So I was livid and even more so when I found a couple of woodchuck cider's missing. That's when I called the people who own the apartment complexes, Westover Properties.
I have never been given SUCH an attitude in my life. Basically they didn't believe me and made me to feel bad about complaining. The man I talked to twisted it around until I ended up apologizing for bothering him. He wouldn't let me get a word in and made me feel like a liar. Then he made me feel guilty by saying my accusations could get everyone fired. Well if the shoe fits...
By the end of the call he had me feeling like a horrible person while he was getting onto me for complaining. When the conversation ended I realized he told me he'd look into it and let me know but he hadn't taken my name, my number, or asked what apartment I lived in so clearly he wasn't planning on looking into it at all. At this point I don't know what to do other than to go home, clean up, and shut up b/c they aren't going to do a thing about it. I think they should pay for my electric bill at least but lord knows they will make it out to be my fault. DO NOT LIVE HERE. It seems nice but they are sneaky and they might get some things done but only enough to get by. The maintenace men are rude...they don't do a good job. It's okay that you went into my apartment but clean it up when you throw things around!! Don't do it...for $680 a month there has to be a better place. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
