I've lived here for a year now and i don't find this place bad. Its OK. Even though i have had my car window shattered (and this is the most common complaint you will find in the review for this community), if you park your car under a lighted area or away from the main road - then you are fine. The management is good, they greet you well when you go in to pay your rent and mostly prompt in putting your maintenance order thru. But they are forgetfull so its better that you make 2-3 calls to make sure that they've informed the maintenance people of your problem.
The apartment for the price is spacious, good closet space, big bathroom but you will here people on the top floor walking, taking a shower or flusing.
I am moving out of this place, but i would recommend it for somebody who is looking for a good layout apartment complex at a reasonable rate.
