GEV... started out good. The price was right, the location was good. Having a Dunkin Donuts and a Wawa nearby is nice. Then after move in came all the fun. I do not reccommend this place to live to anyone. Sorry GEV, you have highly dissapointed me.
The problems..... On move in...it started should of known then..
1. Our dishwasher never worked from the day we moved in.
2. Our neighbors upstairs have kids jumping on the floor so hard that it shatters the kitchen lamp glass covers and sends them crashing into the kitchen floor.
3. Noise Noise Noise, is there any insulation here' I can hear the whole buildings business and I don't want too.
4. My bathroom was flooded out over 3 times due to plumbing problems above me. I came home to soaking bathroom and wet hall way carpet. After the third time, the problem seemed to be fixed. The only problem is now my cieling in the bathroom is severly damaged due to the water. When asked to fix, I came home to find that some patch work was done and looks like crap.
5. The bathroom cieling fan sounds like a screaching monkey when it is turned on. I asked to have it fixed twice. The second time the metal cover was left of and no one ever returned to complete the repair, so I gave up on that idea.
6. All through the month of May I did not have any AC. Some of these days it was in the upper ninety's. When it was repaired in the beginning of June the small bedroom does not get any cold air at all.
7. Now my wiring for the kitchen light is bad, waiting to have that fixed.

Thats the problems with the apartment, now here is to the rest of the fun.

1. My motorcycle was parked outside my apartment one Friday night, as I had it out for a ride to the bar with some friends. When I woke the next morning, it was gone. Some one stole it.
2. The very next night I left my buyddy's motorcycle outside in the same spot to see if the crook's wanted to steal it too as I watched from inside. While watching I noticed some mischief in the parking lot outside. It was my neighbors truck getting his wheels stolen off of it. Luckily from coming out the crooks ran off, only taking two wheels off his truck.
3. My room mates car was then broken into a few months later. They tried to steal it, but the alarm started going off, so that did not work.
4. Some friends cars have been tampered with several times, stealing radio's and CD's etc. Once without breaking windows because the car was unlocked and once breaking the passenger door glass out.
5. Shortly after my other neighbors wheels where stolen off his Expedition and some one elses wheels stolen off there Chevy pickup. In the same night!
6. If you come home late you have to park two buildings down due to the amount of cars sitting parked.

I could think of more. But I would be wasting my breath. You see my point. Do not move here. You will have issues. For me, only three more months to my one year lease and I am off to some place else!
