Good Location, Maintenace comes with a good price

If you are looking for what I mentioned in review title then GEV is the place. But yes - all through our 2 year stay we heard 2 things constantly
1. Noice of water in the toilets - it gets unbearable at times
2. News of break ins, thefts etc..

If you can bear these two then GEV is a great value for money
