Whatever you do, if Sue Yukenavitch is still the manager here, DO NOT RENT HERE. This woman is the worst apartment manager that I have ever seen. She is rude and arrogant and does not give a rats ass about the about the quality of life for tenants in this complex.
This complex is so riddled with crime, we had our tires slashed, gunshots at our windows, our car hit and run while parked, FIRES which were started in the hallways by teenagers across the hall, and numerous other acts of vandalism in this complex. We even knew who the tenants were that did this, and TOLD management who it was!
When this was brought to the attention of management and to the owners (Westover Companies), she was sarcastic and condescending and said that it wasn't her problem.(That's a very interesting approach to management, no wonder they can't keep anybody in here.)ANY problem whatsoever was referred to the police, who in turn would tell us that it was the apartment complex/management office's problem to correct and evict these tenants.
This complex will lie straight out to you, about quality of life here, just to get you in. And once you are in, God help you if you have any complaint about maintenance or any other issue, because they will do nothing to assist you. All they care about, is that they get their money each month.
