Well, there's a kid upstairs that still love to stomp on the floor, all day, all night (until about 11 pm, then all is quiet. He starts again at 7 am.
The lobby and stairwell are in disrepair and they need to be repaired, cleaned, repainted.
The apartments themselves are nice, with really large rooms. The kitchen appliances and cabinets are great. The carpeting is nice. The bathtub is scuzzy with rust, and needs to be relined with plastic (or something).
The grounds are generous and beautiful, and safer in recent months.
What do you expect for $700 per month'
