Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2001
 
Be aware that although the rent is low and the apartments and grounds are quite nice, this complex has recently gone Section 8.

This fact is not advertised in any of their advertising or literature.

I expect that it will decline very rapidly.

This is ashame because it is in a growing area and is a nice complex as it stands now.
