well let's list what was wrong with my apartment first. broken dishwasher, broken cabinet doors, unfinished paint job when i first moved in, about 40 different kinds of bugs killed, including the really huge ones that run fast, and a leaky bathroom ceiling that took them 2 years to fix. actually they never did fix it i made them move me to another apartment.

the laundry room was always wet, the washer leaked and no one would fix it.total safety hazard. neighbors were a little creepy sometimes but generally alright. harmless, if not annoying.

the bugs were disgusting. i killed one or 2 every day. some days more. i bombed, they sprayed, nothing helped.

the pool was nice, usually quiet. the playground was dirty sometimes and generally unsupervised, with kids running rampant and being nasty with no parents in sight. i guess that's a comment on the neighbors.

i thought the office staff was creepy but the maintenance men are the nicest ever!
