Harbor Club apartments are horrible. My lease was for 18 months. I moved in this apartments in July of 2003. Since day one, roaches were in my apartment. Extermination came out every week, nothing changed. I even went out and had purchase things to get rid of all these disgusting insects. These apartments need to be destoyed and rebuilt. They are horrible. You hear every walk, talk, and yell that your neighbors make. My neighbors were rude, ignorant, and very inconsiderate. They had 4 children(in a 2 bedroom apartment)which ran all night long and the parents woke up every night between the hours of 11pm-3am. I work a full-time job and go to graduate school. After numerous letters, complaints made to management(which resulted in management not doing anything), and finally a threat of taking legal action, I was allowed to break my lease. I'm a very clean person and a state employee. PLEASE BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO LIVE HERE, go and visit the whole entire complex (the population of other tenants). I moved in less than 6 months ago and had problems ever since day 1.
