I've lived at Harbor Club For about six months, and am leaving in a few days. Living here has been a nightmare. You can hear EVERY noise your neighbors make. Being on the ground floor, I can hear people walking by on the sidewalk-thats how thin the windows are. Rude neighbors come into the neighborhood in the middle of the night, honking their horns and blaring their car stereos.
The apartment is freezing in the winter. I've had to keep my heat at 80 to keep the apt remotely warm. The laundry facilities never work, the dryers dont dry and the washers fill with water and dont always drain. The office refunds your money by way of check weeks later. Meanwhile, if you're out of quarters, you're stuck with wet laundry.
I woke up one morning with a man looking into my bedroom window, have had people jiggle my door handle trying to get in, and my friends car was broken into. My supposedly brand new kitchen upgrade is falling apart (handles fell off door, floor is cracking, baseboard fell off) and I have a hole in my wall from a previous tenant. Additionally, I've had flooding in my apartment.
I am scared to live here and would not recommend it to anyone!
