While we did get a deal on the security deposit, the rest has been horrible. With in the first week, we had to have our refrigerator replaced. There are cigarette butts all over the ground, along with animal waste b/c nobody picks up after their animals. It took 2 weeks, 4 phone calls for maintenance to finally look at our washer. And they didn?t do much, b/c a week later the washer didn?t even work!!! I had to call and "remind" them that they were supposed to come and fix my stove. You can hear everyone above, below and next to you, and the parking is terrible. They say extra parking but their refering to the spaces that you would have to walk a good distance to get to your building. The windows are poorly insulated, ours actually leeked water in during the winter defrost into spring. My daughters room had such bad windows she woke up with frostbite after her nap! I wouldn?t recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
