I currently live in Harbor Club and while I will admit that there are some problems with this place, it really isn?t that bad. I have read complaints about how the floors creak, the windows are thin, and you can hear your neighbors without even trying. With that aside, the apartment is worth the price of rent. I do find some areas rather shady and the neighborhood that sits next to Harbor Club makes me nervous. I do have a fear of someone breaking into my apartment, since I live on the first floor and the windows are so extremely poor. I think my biggest concern with Harbor Club is not the apartment itself, but the neighbors that surround me. But I guess if the rent is low than that is the sort of neighbors that should be expected. I?ve had a couple bug problems, but nothing to the extent of roaches or other nasty insects (knock on wood). Overall, if you?re a college kid looking for your first apartment than this is the place for you. If you?re a family with a low income, than this place is for you, though please try to keep your kids and pets under control. If you are anyone else, find another place to live.
