My husband and I lived here about six months.
All in all, not too bad, but we had insisted on being on the top floor, which had eliminated alot of noise. In the summer, a/c did not work at all- I dont know how hot it actually in that apt b/c the thermostat stops as 95degrees, or something like that.Maintence came out to fix it, but it never was able to cool that blazin house down. Staff was friendly and prompt. Neighbors are generally rude. Laundry room totally inadequate, only 2 sets of wash/dryers for every 12 apts! And not commercial size and quality either! Also, an immigrant family on the 1st floor would take it over all the time when they let family that didnt live here use it- 12- 15 ple. Children runnin' amuck everywhere- I dont mind except lots of trash on the ground,- Also, people seemed to think its okay to let their small dogs roam around leashless. A nasty little chihuhua ran over and bit my leashed puppy's lip so hard it bled. And the woman didn't even apologize! College students live here thats why the loud music. Parties every Saturday, good luck findng a space.
