I clean my boyfriend's flat once a week, and my first week I noticed many problems with it. There is black mold in the bathroom that has been contributing to my boyfriend's frequent sinus complications. The ceiling was leaking one night, and it took awhile for maintenance to arrive, and after the leaking was stopped it took over a week and a half for maintenance to come and repair the ceiling. They only painted over the problem. There are only two washer/driers in the laundry room which is insufficient for the number of tenants per building. The windows are paper thin. It is obvious that these apartments were "thrown together" and severely need to be renovated.
