Oh boy where do I begin. I lived in Harbor Club for 18 months to long. When I first moved in I was like oh okay it is not to bad. I lived on the first floor so yeah it wasnt to bad until we had our first rain storm and my windows looked like someone threw mudd on them. The window is right on the ground there is no space at all between the window and the ground. Then lets not talk about all of the bugs I would see in my apartment there were so many bugs some of them I have never seen before in life!! The spiders thought it was there apartment! Oh lets not get on how the maintenence people are total CRIMINALS! Our computer and digital camera was stolen right our from under our noses. I know they did it because the only lock you have on the door is a deadbolt so you have to have a key. When I came home the door was locked just like I had left it that morning! So who else could have taken it yup you guessed it maintenence since they do have keys. So when I called the office nobody could ever get the property manager on the phone they think is is god almighty. It wasnt until they accused my son of breaking one on the windows in a building that I could get him on the phone. Well lets just say I had a few choice words for Mr. Almighty. Then the mold oh yeah that is something else. I called them and told them I had mold in my childrens room on the ceiling and they told me that it wasnt mold and tried to paint over top of it. I was like ok wow! I guess I can tell you about the poor quality of the building lets just say you wont need an alarm clock since the people upstairs would make sure I was awaken by the pounding of thier headboard against the wall. So long story short just don't do it to yourself.
