Not fit for Human Habitat

*** DUMP NOT FIT FOR HUMAN HABITAT! ***
There are so many problems with this dump that I just stop wasting my time calling maintenance. When I call for service I am doing THEM a favor. I am warning them of potential problems that can cause their investement property lots of $$ in the long run. If they don't care - why should I' I did my time, my lease is up and I'm leaving. The apartment manager is cold, cheap, and stupid. When my rent was late ONCE (while on vacation)the manager makes the time to threaten me but when there's a leak in the bathroom ceiling, it takes two phone calls and one threatening letter before someone shows up.
