Me and my husband lived there for 2 years and never had much of a problem except for parking (never any spaces) until about a month before we were set to move out. My husband came home to find a maintenance guy running out the back door of the building but didn't think anything of it, until he got into the apartment and found a used condom and wrapper on the floor of our bedroom. After later investigation we found out that he and been sleeping with one of the cleaning staff in our bed. Who knows how long it had been going on! We went to the manager but he was out of town, so we had to talk to the Leasing Manager and the only thing she would do for us was offer to change to locks and keep our key in "a special place" so no one would have access to it. Be very wary of apartments that let their maintenance carry master keys to all the apartments. You don't know what they're doing in there when your not home!! Don't get me wrong most of the maintenance guys at Harbor Club are great guys, but made they should screen a little better because this could be going on still in any of the other apartments there
