I just handed my keys to the management today. In contrast to what other people have mentioned I had no problems with bugs or mold or broken appliances etc.

I did, however, have a huge problem with the amount of noise coming from my neighbors above. I complained at least once a month for 6 months before I finally got the manager to let me out of my lease because I literally was not able to sleep. Thank God they let me out of my lease because they certainly weren't friendly about the situation. Sometimes I wonder if they even told my neighbors to be quiet.

The area did seem a little sketchy after living there for a while, and there is no lack of drama from the other tenants. Unfortunately (and I hate to judge) but you are not living amongst the most high class of neighbors. I witnessed a few "domestic dispute" type situations.

Though the rent is really cheap, the heat is included, the parking is great, and the apartments are large...I would probably not recommend living here. Too much drama.
