I've been living here about 5 years now.

This apartment was built 1973(If I'm correct),
so there is some problem...always. lol
but still maintenance people do the best when we have a problem.

Some people said maintenance people
steel residence stuff couple years ago.
I remember some maintenance got fired
couple years ago, so I believe current
maintenance people is all good and I have
no problem with them.
They are really nice and friendly!

We have swimming pool, reduce rent if you
introduce to move in this apartments.


Windows thin, I agree. lol
(But I heard they change to the new window soon.)
They recently change the NEW wachine machine
and dryer.
Now it's new! (Well,I don't like the
price. we have to pay $1.50 each.)

First impression to the office lady, cold.
After years, she's ok. That's how she is.


I'm living 3rd floor, so I don't have any
complain about sound.(even next door)
But I heard who living downstairs people
always complain about upstairs sound.
I don't know those family making Biiiig noise
or just thin floor.

Good things about parking.
We have lots of Parking!!!
Bad things about it, I heard about robbers
people's car. We had once when we moved in(2001).

I was reading other apartment rating.
Couple apartments has the same problem.
