I have lived here for two years and I don't mind it at all!!! Sure, the windows are cheap, but I hear that they are fixing them sometime soon. The floors squeek, but that's what you get when you move into an apartment w/ wooden floors. I have a little trouble w/ parking but i blame that on my neighbors. Where else are they supposed to put parking spots'''' I have never had trouble w/ people trying to break in, never had trouble w/ anyone messing w/ any of my or my friends cars. Whenever I acll maintenance they either send them out here the same day or the next day. They gave me a new dishwasher w/in about a week, on top of being friendly. The price is affordable, too. The pool and playgrounds are nice, and there are a lot of trees outside which make the view of the parking lot much more bareable :)

LOL, Like someone can't tell this was written by the rental office. Sounds like a rental brochure. Get real! Place is a dump. Just ride through some Sat. nite. Check the police reports.

No this was not written by the rental office, because you have a problem with Harbor C. Apt does not mean everybody else does! I have ride through it on Sat. nite. and did not have any problems.
