I have lived in the apartments for about a year and have been very happy. My neighbors are all very nice people, no drugs or vandalism. I can't speak for the rest of the complex, but my building is very quiet and clean. It may be nosier on other floors, I am 3rd floor. I am a female and feel very safe in the parking lots at night, much better than where I used to live. I have only had to call maintenance once for something minor and they came out the same day. They are in the process of replacing all of the windows with brand new energy efficient versions, which should help on AC costs in the summer. When moving in here I did extensive research on aparments in a similar price range and this was by far the best, plus it allows small pets. I am definitely renewing my lease. Let's be honest, for apartment living in this price range, you are always going to have some drawbacks - in my opinion the ones at Harbor Club are minor.
