My time at the Harbor Club was, as others have simply said, HORRIBLE. I lived on a bottom floor apartment, to which the upstair neighbors had about 6 children living in a 2 bedroom until. They would fight, bang, yell, scream, and (the adults) keep me up all night with their drunken parties. Management responded well to my written notices of complaintes and eventually those people were sent their packing papers. But for me, it was terrible and I could wait to leave, just because of the placement I had been given.
But one other problem I had was with the kids that played baseball in the parking lots and damaged my, and others, cars. Even if you told them to stop, the parents would be back out with them the next day, encouraging it. So I could stay in a community where the parents were total jerks and I left after a year. It could be a much better place if they were able to find better tenants.
