i agree with the other reviews! the only people that should live here are party college kids!! the college kids in this area are insane! they have no respect for property. the buildings and interiors do look very nice, but they are built very poorly!! windows leak when it rains and leak cold air in the winter! the sliders also leak, so if you like mold, move right in! the walls are very thin and you do hear everything from your neighbors, especially whats going on in the halls!! people are slamming doors and running up and down the stairs all day and night. LANG DEVELOPMENT recently took over and the place is going downhill fast!! rent is being raised and now you will have to pay for water (usually included). they dont have grounds cleanup anymore so theres trash everywhere!! kegs and barbeques and trash all over balconies and the trash blows across the streets into other properties! it used to be just permit parking, but they stopped enforcing that, so nucar employees, bar hoppers and residents on the next street always park in the lot and you never get a spot on the weekends, even though you have to pay for it! the houses on the next street are always having parties, so there are always drunk people parking and hanging out in the lot. we also used to have security patrol every night, but lang got rid of that too, and since then a girl has been rapped on the property and 3 cars have been vandelized! people are allowed to have dogs here and they tie them up outside and they bark all the time, and theres dog poop everywhere! LANG does nothing about the complaints! i would not recommend this place to anyone but partiers who have a surplus of money! i dont see how LANG can raise rent when they dont even do half the stuff commonwealth used to! my friends and i (and several others ive heard) are moving out ASAP!!
