As a student i would think this is a good place to stay. No issues with my apartment that would require more than routine mainatance. Parking is fine unless you are the last person early in the school year.
I have had some issues because of my neighbors were all college students- noise, vandalism. for the most part it was easy enough to tune the noise out at bed time but it is still an issue.
staff is nothing special
