I've lived in this complex for about 4 years now. It is very cheap rent & that's what keep us here. I have had problems with the office managers showing favoritism toward white kids in the area. There was an instance where white kids from a different complex that vandalized Oaktree Apts., that were given more priveledges than the black kids that lived in Oaktree. This is my biggest complaint. In the 4 years I've lived here, we've had serious water leakage issues also.

Maybe because black kids are more likely to go to jail than white kids. Who's causing most of the crime in downtown wilmington & drugs too? No further questions!!!!! Case closed!!!!
