Spectacular grounds yes' Spectacular apt' NO! Cheap for a reason!

I've lived here for 2 years. I can't get over the review entitled "Spectacular grounds". You are only outside about 2% of your day at most (unless you work outside). If the grounds look like you are in the garden of eden, it doesn't matter if your apartment if a piece of trash - which is what these are. The office workers are so rude. They always make you feel like there is something wrong with you when you come in to complain daily that there is something wrong with your apartment. It's cheap rent for a reason! Dont rent here.
