This place is bad with flooding. I live on the bottom floor and my bathroom leaks all the time. I don't think the reviews are written by just one person because I know of several people hear who have the same complaints. The problem is that it is cheaper to live here than in a ghetto. You get what you pay for though.
And as for the person that says the landscaping is great! I don't see it! I did hear that they use to have a older lady doing it and now they don't want to pay her so the landscaping has gone down hill also.
Also, if you ever walk around, you'll see a lot of apartments are vacant. This place is only good because it is cheap!
