Previous review says "favoritism" not true

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
I moved out of Oaktree in Dec 2005, after being there for about 3 years. I just want to say that I saw, first hand, the favoritism towards the children that lived in the trailer park versus the black (or mostly mixed) children that lived in Oaktree. My son is mixed & he was subjected to this also. My girlfriend is still there & she experienced it also. So, please no one believe the person who said it is not true. I'm not even sure how someone can say something isn't true, just because they haven't seen it. Try asking the children who live there. It's ashame because they are the ones who have to deal with it.
I lived on the first floor. In the 3 years that I lived there, I have a flood (whether the ceiling leaked or leaks came from the floor in the living room) at least 5x per year.
As far as the staff, when I lived there they were very rude. It never took long for someone to come fix things in our apartment.. it's just they never stayed fixed for long.
