I moved in to Oaktree after my husband and I split up and I had to move back to De from Lancaster. They helped make a smooth transition for me and my 2 kids. I have had no problems living here and although I am about to move out I would recommend it to other people. The maintence people have been quick to fix my ac when it wasnt working properly and my bathtub when it was leaking. Overall it is a nice place to live.
