Ok, I read all of these review before I moved into Oak tree and I have to say I've been there for 3months and things are ok. It's clean and quiet. Yes, you can hear your upstairs neighbor but unless they are jerks it's not enough to bother you. The laundry area is clean and although the dryer and washer have broken they fixed them pretty quickly within a day or two. All the little things that broke in my apartment were fixed the same day or the next day. Just little stuff like the kitchen shelf. The management really doesn t care when things break but they are not rude and they do report it to maintenance. The only bad thing is if it snows the parking lot is a mess! But other then that if you just want a quiet, safe and clean place to live without going broke I feel comfortable recommending Oak tree. I'm a young single girl and I feel fine here. Take a look at it and judge for yourself.
