I have lived here for a little less than 6 months. Neighbors are great, apartment is decent, a little small but for the price of a 2 bedroom I am NOT complaining. Free heat and hot water - once again NOT complaining. It's also very very quiet. There is a nice pool and they just added a fitness center. The only problems I have encountered have been just one extremely uncourtious neighbor and my AC not working. When my AC stopped working I called maintenance and it was after the office hours. I called the emergency service and they sent someone out within the half hour ! It was really great ! The man came and actually showed us what was wrong incase it were to happen again.
