Avoid this place! Several cars have been broken into in front of my apartment and one was stolen outright. This made me feel uneasy about leaving my car outside of the apartment and to my knowledge no action was taken by the apartment complex to increase security.

The residents themselves can be dangerous. I have overheard several arguments between residents in the hallway of the building. I know one resident owns a gun.

The buildings themselves are old and not well taken care of. After two years they have not fixed the lock on the door (it does not shut and only the deadbolt latches). The stairs in the building have fallen apart several times and sound like they're going to collapse when you walk up them. The railing fell off and took weeks to fix. Whenever my upstairs neighbor uses their shower it sounds like a waterfall, making me wonder if the pipes are going to explode.

Several maintenance requests were lost by the office staff, requiring you to submit several requests before anyone even comes out (they may or may not fix what was wrong). They also lost a months rent check which resulted in a month long struggle where I was required to show copies of my bank statement and copies of the check before they would acknowledge that they cashed the check. After that point, I asked for a receipt when handing in my rent which I was given a hard time about each month.

Overall this place is old, falling apart, and not save. Avoid living here at all costs.
