I have been living here since 1999.

The place is quiet and rent is OK.

Not far from the U of D, shopping, public transportation.

Management is OK.

They put new carpets, ovens recently.

Maintenance is good and helpful.

It is true that there is a lot of Chinese people live here, but they don't bother.

I have never seen them partying or making any noise.
