1) If you have a second bedroom, you're not allowed to put an air conditioner in the window. Prepare to sweat.
2) 1 washer and dryer per building, in the basement. No security whatsoever, so anyone could just walk in off the street.
3) Management/maintenence staff are inept and do not answer the phone.
4) I had bats living in the walls of my bedroom and despite repeated calls to management, nothing was done about it. When they finally got into the apartment and flew over my bed one night, that was the last straw. I moved out the next week.
