The park place is taken over by same owen of the Towne Court Apartment, which already had bad reputation.

1. I have lived here for 4 years, now they want me to take out the air conditioner from the window, the reason is simply stated "since we just installed very expensive window".

2. Property manager hard to deal with.
Once they put some cone on one parking spot without any sign, when I park my car there, then next morning, the manager just called the towing company to tow my car away because I blocked their trash disposal. They could have put a clear sign there, or they could at least call me to let me know, I am at home that time, when I rush out, I have to argue with the towing company and pay them 100$ to beg them not to tow my car away.

Besides, the parking is very crowded here.


3. Not safe around here, there is reported armed robbery at the parking lot even at 8PM.

4. Very noisy, the floor is so thin, all kinds of noise.

5. The park place apartment has a swimming pool, but it is deserted and never open.
