It always seems like bad news travels fast but anything good is never said so here is another point of view. Newark is a college town. Every apartment place seems to have the same reviews. I would like to know the other side of the last review. Did they enter because of a bad smell or a legit reason'! I would hope if no one had heard from me for days on end that the management office would make sure I wasn't hurt in my apartment. I thought it was illegal to take a security deposit without a reason. It is upsetting to hear these reviews since my experience has been pleasant. I pay my rent on the 1st and get a $25 discount. I refer people at the campus and get rent credit for it. I love the location. I can use Towne Court's gym and fitness which is always less full than the YMCA. When they put in new windows it helped with my utilities. I will continue to live here after I graduate unless my job is somewhere else.

The utilities bills contains charges which management avoided to explain.
