I live in a one bedroom nonrenovated apartmwnet, which is crap, and I pay 700 for rent.

I have had from the last 2 months utilities bills around 200.

Its only me and my boyfriend, what is funny we are not here as much.

I will be looking more into this problem since being on here and listening to neighbors.

We need to do something about these bills.

Since letters do not seem to work.

we as a community need to take it further.
