My roommate and I lived here from Aug 2006 Aug 2007. After bat, bed bugs, interesting and illegal book keeping practices, sketching random charges and utilities charges. We got out of our lease with the help of the DE attorney general ad the county fire marshal. The company likes to prey on international students, minorities, and low income. The place is a money pit and a health risk, don't live here unless you want a big headache.

The company which owned the place was called Schwab Ltd. The complex was bought in summer 2008 by a different company. However, many people from the old management are still there.
