I have lived in many apartments in the United States and Europe.

Park Place is by far the worst place I have lived primarily due to EXTREMELY incompetent management who try to bully residents.

They don't treat people fairly.

Maintenance is poor.

The place is infested with bats and they summon you to court if you dispute any of the suspicious utility bills they send you.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't make the same mistake we made....Park Place is not a good choice.

I recently lived in park place.. first mistake!! Had problems with the hot water not working multiple times!! Management succcckkkks.. they lie and dont know what the hell they are doing... And last but not least you recieve bills that dont apply to what you use.. like heat and water etc.. outragious bills for a piece of crap one bed room apartment that cost 725 in its self.. DONT.. i repeat DOONNT RENT FROM THESE IDIOTS!!!! K THANKS
