The worst manage apartment you can find in Newark.

The office people are amazingly stupid.

A great place to learn "What Not To Do In Management" for MBA students.

The utility bills is inconsistent (there are some people that gets very high bill and some people got $0 for their bill as if they never used the heater in the winter).

If you ask them about the bills, the management will give you threatening letters on your door.
