This is a horrible place to live. Do not rent here if it's the last thing you do. The closeness to campus is a miniscule plus in comparison to the pain in the ass this complex will give you.

Where to start'

Ok so when I moved in in the Fall of 06, I had specifically requested a renovered junior one bedroom. Of course they claimed I hadn't and they movemed me into a disgusting unit that looked like it was rotting and infested with nasty crickets. I had to stay there for a month and a half until they could move me into a renovated one. Still infested with crickets but somewhat less so. Nothing is included at all, as everyone else has said the utility bills are a nightmare and it is a fraud. You will end up paying over 300 a month extra in all these expenses in addition to the rent. The office staff are beyong retarded and frankly evil.

Parking is a -----, a neighbor of mine had his car broken into. It is dvangerous and bug infested, though I never had any problems with bats. Trying to terminate the lease through the graduation clause is a fraud too. They want you to keep paying for another 2 months!

Please people avoid Park Place/Towne Court at all costs. Do not rent in this dump. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
