You're better off living in a cardboard box

However appealing the "leasing agent" you talk to makes Park Place apartments look - Don't Fall For It.
Yea, the renovated apartments look nice, but that's only because everything's been covered up.
If you want to be lied to, given notices at 11pm for the next business day, have no control of your heat, like roaches and all other sorts of insects, don't really need towel racks/toliet paper fixtures, enjoy your water being turned off for a whole day every few months, don't mind brown water, and don't want to be near ANY UD students (at least not fun, socialble ones), then Park Place Apartments is the place for you! Sign up today! And if they try to keep you on your toes by saying there may only be one or two units open...
bull.
They just want to keep you interested - like they're "helping you." My lease can't end soon enough.
