Where do I begin''' Well, our complex is currently without hot water and has been for over a week. Management has only offered one day of donuts as compensation. They say that the tenants can use 3 vacant apartments in an adjacent complex to take showers..I tried going there but they did not drain properly and were full of pubic hairs and trash. It was disgusting so I have had to resort to heating water and washing in a bucket...unbelievable considering the rent is $725/mo. The inside of the apartments are completely outdated..they have appliances that look like they are from the 1960's, there are no dishwashers or central air. Probably most disturbing is the carpet in my apartment. It looks as though it hasnt been replaced in 30 years. It is filthy and in certain areas they put patches of carpet together to cover the floor instead of replacing the carpet. The noise is also a serious problem..at one point I was calling the police almost every night bc of the loud parties in the adjacent building, even on weeknights. I am moving out as soon as my one year lease comes to an end. I wouldn't recommend this place to an animal.

I completely agree with this review. This place is a SLUM. Avoid it at all costs. I lived here for 2 years out of necessity. It was filthy. The carpet smelled and even though I used a professional carpet cleaner (at my own expense) nothing worked. The only thing that could improve Park Place is pulling the whole place down and rebuilding.
