I lived in Park Place for two years, and just as everyone else has mentioned, the managment was awful. Completely incompetent. After living there for six months, they did an audit and realized we were paying the wrong rent and charged us hundreds of dollars in back fees despite the fact we had receipts from every monthly rent payment. They ended up serving us court papers, and claiming we received and signed for the papers by certified mail, yet we never did.
The apartment overall was fine, but dealing with the financial issues relating to rent and utility payments was ridiculous. I have moved since then but the lovely memory of our problems with Park Place Apartments lives on!
